Inventory
The inventory tab displays information in three areas:
Location
- Displays all relevant location information
Features
- Displays data (Service and Financial):
- Service Features/Classification: Displays information relevant to the 'Asset Category': including Hierarchy, Surface Type, Asset Class, Asset Type, Joint Type, Material Type and Services Quantity.
- Financial Features: Displays standard financial information such as GL Number, Job Number, Financial Class, etc. for the Asset Category.This panel stays the same regardless of the Asset Category selected.
Dimensions
- Displays all relevant dimensions details. Some dimensions shown are the result of calculations, eg. Roads: Segment Length is calculated from the Start/End Chainage.
- All calculated fields are non-editable. Hovering mouse over the information icon will show the definition of the field and from which fields these values are calculated.
- The colour of calculated field label is different from editable field labels.
